While the ongoing court battle of rights to the Friday the 13th franchise, continues to drag on into another year, fans have virtually given up on any new films and have had to settle for some decent fan made short stories regarding our Jason and Camp Crystal.

One of the most loved and critically acclaimed was the 2017 entry Never Hike Alone that was so good, fans actually believe it’s cannon to the original franchise.

Now Womp Stomp Films and director Vincente Disanti are back with the sequel Never Hike Alone In The Snow which as the title suggests, finally gives Jason fans want they have asked for…..the bogeyman, killing in a snow setting.

Plotwise we will see local Wessex County Sheriff Rick Cologne (Vinny Guastaferro) and Deputy Allen Mabry (Bryan Forrest) search for answers, town local Tommy Jarvis (Thom Mathews) believes that his old nemesis Jason Voorhees (Vincente DiSanti) is to blame.

The film is set 3 months after the events of the original film and is due out on October 13th.

There are plans for a further 2 sequels in the near future.

Here is the trailer to get you rather excited.
