While we still don’t have an official release date, WRONG TURN: The Foundation, the next film in the long running popular horror franchise is gearing up for an announcement as the film rating has been been revealed.

Thankfully its been given an R-Rating, for its strong violence, grisly images and of course bad language.

Alan B. McElroy, who wrote the original film, is also on penning duties for this instalment while The Domestic’s Mike P. Nelson is directing.

There are rumblings that the film will drop “The Foundation” tag and just follow the Halloween route and just be called “Wrong Turn” but that is not confirmed as of yet!

Matthew Modine (Stranger Things), Damian Maffei (The Strangers: Prey at Night), Bill Sage (Hap), Emma Dumont (The Gifted), Valerie Jane Parker (Greenleaf), Chaney Morrow (Haunt), and David Hutchinson (American Horror Story) are all confirmed to star.
