Fans of the chest busting aliens rejoice, the franchise is heading to the small screen as Disney have confirmed that they are working on a TV Show that will be set on Earth.

There is very little to go on here apart from the fact that Ridley Scott is in talks to Executive Produce and that Legions Noah Hawley is on board to develop the show that will be a FX on Hulu offering.

The Earth setting will mean fans will finally get what they are promised after being teased about it, ever since that infamous ALIEN 3 trailer release.

In a statement FX said:

Expect a scary thrill ride set not too far in the future here on Earth.”

By blending both the timeless horror of the first Alien film with the non-stop action of the second, it’s going to be a scary thrill ride that will blow people back in their seats.
