Soon to be seen the Top Gun sequel MAVERICK, Lewis Pullman – the son of Bill Pullman, has signed up to star in the Vampire remake Salem’s Lot.

Pullman will take on the role of Ben Mears, played by David Soul in the 1979 original, an author who returns to his hometown and discovers an ancient Vampire is stalking the residents.

The film is based on the book by Stephen King and will be the third adaption with the last attempt coming in 2004 with Rob Lowe in the main role.

This Salem’s Lot reboot will be written and directed by Gary Dauberman,
