After the very, very underrated BLAIR WITCH (2018) sequel didn’t do as well as many expected, it seemed the franchise was lost in its own woods, even though there were whispers that Lionsgate were still interested in a further instalment late last year.

Now there are rumours that Oliver Park who directed last year’s horror THE OFFERING has signed up to sit in the director’s chair, with original directing duo Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sánchez producing through their film company Haxan Films.

This is a news story broken by Production Weekly and its being stated that filming will take place later this year.
