The 1992 thriller THE HAND THAT ROCKS THE CRADLE was a huge favourite among fans back then and made out of actress Rebecca De Mornay who played a psycho nanny with huge aplomb and critical acclaim and now 20th Century Fox are bringing the tale back for a whole new generation and they’ve already cast a growing name to the project.

Maika Monroe, fresh from the success from box office hit LONGLEGS will play the new hired for help with Michelle Garza Cervera directing and the film being produced by Radar Pictures’ Ted Field and Michael Schaefer and Mike Larocca via their banner, Department M.
