After years of speculation, its finally happening as one of Stephen King’s most popular movies is getting a remake.

Yes, the dog with the vicious bite, CUJO is getting a brand new bark as the project heads towards NETFLIX with Roy Lee, who has previously produced the King adaptations of Salem’s Lot (2024), The Stand (2020 – 2021), Doctor Sleep (2019), It (2017), and the sequel will once more produce the film.

Based on King’s 1981 novel, the original movie starred Dee Wallace as a Mum, protecting her son from St. Bernard dog, who has the thirst to kill after being bitten by a rabid bat.
