Move over Bruce the Shark – there is new killer beast -lurking in the waters and its comes in the shape of a very hungry hippopotamus – yes – you read that right!
One Shot director James Nunn writes and directs this new horror HUNGRY which is due for release on June 23rd.
Plot wise – thrill-seeking tourists on a riverboat tour through the treacherous Louisiana swamplands. Lured off the beaten path by the promise of an exclusive adventure, they soon find themselves fighting for survival against a ravenous hippopotamus lurking beneath the bayou’s murky waters.
Cast includes the likes of If Hungry Hungry Hippos was turned into a horror movie, it would probably look a lot like Hungry.
The creature feature survival thriller will be released June 23 via Aura Entertainment. Watch the trailer below.
