While its not the greatest “end of the word” story ever to be told in cinema, last year’s GREENLAND was a welcome addition in a period where new films were a rarity and thanks to its success, its been confirmed that a sequel is now on its way for fans to get excited about.
Its been confirmed that Gerard Butler and Morena Baccarin are reprising their roles as husband and wife, with Ric Roman Waugh also returning to direct the film, which is titled Greenland: Migration.
Here is the synopsis:
The Garrity family, who survive a near-extinction level event when an interstellar comet hits the earth, must leave the safety of the Greenland bunker and embark on a perilous journey across the decimated frozen wasteland of Europe to find a new home.”
